Thank You Letter from Jerry Walkey

Matt and Kerrie,

I’d like to thank you and your installers, Cisco and Fransisco for the fine job you performed at my home and to thank you for your patience and courtesy shown me when I came into your establishment looking for carpeting.

It was my original intention to replace carpeting only in the two bedrooms of the main floor. Kerrie gave me the quote to do the task, which included quality padding, carpeting and installation labor, and the moving of all the heavy furniture. I felt very comfortable with the price thinking it was fair for the job at hand. I then gave thought to doing the upstairs loft which would involve the fifteen step stairway, bedroom and large living room area and two closets. Kerrie offered to come to my home for the measurements and to reverify my figures I had given her of the two down stair bedrooms which she did. The over all quote she now gave me, I considered very fair and just and felt no need to go out for additional bids. She then informed me this job could be done by her installers the following Monday which was much sooner than I had hoped for. That Monday when Cisco and Francisco arrived, they were right on time. I could not believe how hard these two worked. I didn’t think anybody worked this hard any more. They finished the entire job in one day which was unbelievable, not to mention it was first class all the way. It’s absolutely beautiful!!!

I feel I’ve built a real trust with Carpet Depot and their people, and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
